Water Operations

We have a diverse team of dedicated technical professionals working in the field and on our sites 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to ensure that safe, clean water is always available.

background

Our objective is to continuously and sustainably deliver high-quality, clean water to our communities.

To do this, we have a diverse team of dedicated technical professionals working in the field and on our sites 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Some of their work involves maintaining pumps and electrical equipment, optimising treatment processes, operating valves in response to burst water mains and working with assets remotely from our control centre. Our people are relentless in their drive to serve our communities.

A centralised control centre team which monitor service risks and operate assets remotely, to ensure that risks are minimised and our field teams are dispatched to the areas where they are needed most.

Ensuring that we are “always improving”, with the goal to achieve better water quality compliance, through better training, documentation, delivery of audit actions.
