We’ll be replacing equipment which has come to the end of its working life and improving parts of the treatment process.
This work will ensure the site, which supplies over 250,000 customers, can operate effectively and efficiently well into the future.
We’ll continue to supply water as normal for the duration of this scheme, with no planned interruptions.
You may notice a slight increase in traffic entering and leaving the site while we carry out improvements, but we’ll be working hard to avoid causing any disruption.
The scheme, which began in January 2018, is due to be completed by March 2025.
