If you're currently on our Priority Services Register, you can use the form below to let us know if you need a different service.

When to use this form

If there's been a change in your individual needs, such as what services you'd like to receive, you can let us know using the form on this page. This also includes if you no longer need Priority Services.

To fill in this form, you'll need:

  • Your name and address
  • Your customer number. This is an eight to 10 digit number that can be found in the top right corner of your bill

Alternatively, you can phone us for free on 0330 303 0277 from 8am–7pm, Monday to Friday, or 8.30am–2pm on Saturdays.
