How to submit a meter reading

You can easily submit your meter reading online and it should only take a few minutes.


Before you begin

Before submitting your water meter reading, please be aware that if you currently pay by Direct Debit, you won't need to submit a reading.

If you're moving in or out of our area and need to submit a meter reading when opening or closing your account, please let us know that you’re moving home. This link will take you to a separate page where you can simply choose the option that best reflects your situation and we'll guide you through the process of what to do next.

My meter reading is wrong

If you think your meter reading is wrong or unusually high, it could be a sign that there is a leak on your property. Try following our step-by-step guide for finding and fixing leaks in your home.
