Southern Water teams set to meet customers in Horsham
Southern Water teams from around the business are set to meet members of the Horsham community face-to-face, at a drop in event on Wednesday, 15 May.
Southern Water teams from around the business are set to meet members of the Horsham community face-to-face, at a drop in event on Wednesday, 15 May.
Doors will open at 10am and close at 7pm, at the Brighton Road Baptist Church, Horsham. Experts from across Southern Water, including directors, will be on hand to answer customers’ questions, listen to their concerns, and cover topics such as improvements to our Horsham treatment works and resilience of water supplies in the area.
Tim Mcmahon, Managing Director of Water at Southern Water, who will be attending the drop-in event said:
“We will be able to meet our customers face to face and update residents with our activities in the area. We will be able to listen to people’s concerns and let them know what action we intend to take.
“We are keen to explain how we are stepping up our efforts in the local area, and outline that we work with our local stakeholders, especially those at West Sussex County Council. Our ambition is to achieve positive change and we are excited to work with partners to deliver this for our customers.”
