What happens once we've been notified?

Bills will be issued as normal until the closure of the account. The balance doesn't need to be paid by the Executor and is only payable by the estate of the Executor once probate is issued (if applicable).

We've partnered with Phillips and Cohen Associates who specialise in Deceased Account Management. Where appropriate, they'll engage with the Executor/solicitors who are managing the estate. They will also be on hand to answer any questions and offer specialised support.
